Scehdule of Deeds and writings belonging to a Dwelling
house and orchard or Garden Ground situated in Berkeley contracted
to be sold by Mr James Sainsbury to Mr Robt. Wilson.

5th September 1683 - Indenture of mortgage between Lawrence Bailey of the
Parish of Berkeley yeoman of the one part and John Rows of
Wotton under edge Gent. of the other part. Conson?? £40.
of All that messuage Tenement or dwelling house with the
Orhcard Garden and Backside therunto adjoining & belonging
containing by estimation three quarters of an Acre /more or less
situate within the borough town of Berkeley about the middle
part of the north side of Cannonbury Street having the lands of
The Rt. Honable George Lord Berkeley on ?. East & West parts
thereof and on the north and therof the the land of George Raymond Esq
which said premises were then late in ? possession of John
Na??? (of Berkeley joyner deceased and afterwards
Eleanor Na?? his widow also deceased then of said Lawrence Bailey)
his tenant or assigns?. And also one other messuage
Tenement or Dwellinhouse in Berkeley aforesaid and one
Garden and Backside therunto belonging and adjoining called the
Corner house in High Street and then or late in occupation
of one William Hiskins. And also all outhouses &c.
Term 500 years. Exted? by Lawrence Bailey
and attested by 2 witnesses.

10th January 1683 - Indenture of Assignment between John Rows of the
first part Thos. Mitchell of Charfield? Clothier / one of the executors
of the last will of Lawrence Bailey deced, of the 2nd part
and Jonathan Mitchell of Wottonunderedge clothier of the 3rd part
To hold to said Jonathan Mitchell for remainder of sd. term
Exted. by sd. John Rows and attested by 2 Witnesses.

4th September 1696 - Indenture of surrender between sd. Jonathan Mitchell and
Thomas Mitchell of the one part and Thos. Cambridge of Berkeley
Felt makers and Mary his daughter of sd. Lawrence Bailey deceased
of the other part. Exted by sd. Jonathan Mitchell and Thomas
Mitchell and duly attested.

9th & 10th January 1701 - Indenture of lease and Release between sd. Thos. Cambridge
and Mary his wife of the one part and John Barker of Berkeley
aforsd. Innholder of the other part. being a conveyance in Fee
Release exted by sd. Thos. Cambridge and Mary Cambridge and attested by three
witnesses.

22nd Nov. 1701 Indenture of Assignment between Sarah Allsop of
Wickwar widow of the one part and John Barker of the
other part - Executed by said Sarah Allsop and attested by 3 witnesses.
