his wife of the first part John Howell of the City of London Gent.
of the second part and William Warner of Berkeley in the County
of Gloucester. Innholder of the third part. - Executed by sd. Samuel
Barker and Hannah Barker and attested by two witnesses.

21st and 22nd March 1745 - Indentures of lease and release between Sarah Warner of the
Town of Ross in the County of Hereford Spinster, only Daughter and
heir of William Warner late of Berkeley in the county of Gloucester
yeoman deceased of the one part and Thomas Andrews of the Town
of Berkeley in the County of Gloucester, blacksmith of the other part
Executed by said Sarah Warner and attested by two witnesses and reciept
for consideration money (£70) andorsed and attested by two witnesses.

7th July 1773 (This deed does not relate to Mr Wilsons purchase)
Indenture of lease for 50 years determinable as therein mentioned
between Mary Priest of Chepstwo in the county of Monmouth widow
of the one part and the said Thomas Andrews of the other part
Executed by said Mary Priest and attested by two witnesses.

4th and 5th June 1813 Indentures of lease and release, the release made between Naomi
Andrews of the borough of Berkeley in the County of Gloucester, widow
and relict of Thomas Andrews, deceased who was the only son
and heir at law of Thomas Andrews thertofore of the borough of
Berkeley aforesaid Blacksmith deceased. William Andrews of the parish
of Berkeley in the county of Gloucester, yeoman only son and heir at
Law of the said Thomas Andrews the son deceased by the said Naomi
Andrews his then widow, and Mary his then wife and Jonathan Creed
Hopkins of Shirehampton in the parish of Westbury upon Trim in
the county aforesaid yeoman and Naomi his wife (theretofore Naomi
Andrews, Spinster) one of the daughters of the said Thomas Andrews
the son deceased of the first part. James Sainsbury of the Borough of
Berkeley aforesaad Machine Maker and Hester his wife (late Hester
Andrews, spinster) the other Daughter of the said Thomas Andrews
the son deceased of the second part and Thomas Hickes also of the
Borough of Berkeley aforesaid, Esquire of the third part Executed by
all parties and duly attested and receipt for consideration money £33.

described as of Dursley in the county of Gloucester, Civil Engineer of the
one part and Celia Long of Cambridge in the parish of Slimbridge in
the said county of Gloucester, Spinster of the other part. Executed by
the said James Sainsbury and attested by two witnesses and receipt for
consideration money (£250) endorsed and attested by two witnesses.
