9th and 10th October 1833 Indenture of lease and release the release made between A??
said Thomas Hickes of the first part the said James Sainsbury of
the second part the said Robert Wilson of the third part and John
Connock of Bla?chworth in the parish of Berkeley aforesaid
Gentleman of the fourth part. Executed by all parties except the said
John Connock and duly attested and receipt for consideration money £3??
endorsed and attested by two witnesses.
11th October 1833 Indenture of mortgage between the said Robert Wilson of the one
part and John Ruell the elder of the Borough of Berkeley aforesaid
Tailor of the other part. Executed by the said two parties thereto
and attested by two witnesses and receipt for consideration money
(£250) endorsed and attested by two witnesses.
I the above named and undersigned John Ruell the Elder
do hereby acknowledge to have this day received of and from Mr
Robert Wilson the Elder of the Borough of Berkeley, Retailer
of Beer all and every the Deeds and writings mentioned in the
Schedule thereof above written. And I do hereby and ???
retain? the same undefaced and unobliterated / inevitable deed? ??
excepted, to the said Robert Wilson his heirs or assigns on
sum of two hundred and fifty pounds and interest secured? to
me by the last above mentioned Indenture of mortgage of the
eleventh day of October One thousand eight hundred and thirty three
As witness my hand this eleventh day of November One
thousand eight hundred and thirty three.
