and the defficiency if any together with all expences outstanding
such second sale shall be made good and paid to the vendor
by the defaulter, at this present sale and in case of
the nonperformance of the same, the whole thereof
shall be recoverable as and for liquidated damages
but any increase of price which premises may
produce upon such second sale shall belong to the
vendor and it shall not be necessary to ???? by
tender a conveyance to ??? purchaser.
At the sale by auction this day the premises ???
in the foregoing particular, Robert Wilson
of Berkeley in the county of Gloucester has become
the puirchaser at the sum of three hundred and twenty four pounds
under and subject to the foregoing conditions and the
said Robert Wilson hath paid the sum of
Forty pounds by way of deposit and as part of
payment of the said purchase money and doth
hereby agree to pay the vendor the sum of three hundred
and forty four pounds being the remainder of the purchase
money including the timber? at the time and place
appointed in the said conditions, and the said vendor
and purchaser do hereby agree with each other
to abide by and perform the said conditions on
therein respective parts as witness ??? hands
this seventeenth day of September 1833.
